SEASONAL RECIPE FEATURE

Warm Pear & Honey Tart with Rosemary
A dessert that reflects the seasonal transition — comforting and warm, yet fresh and
aromatic. Prepared using NYA bakeware and presented on Green Leaves dinnerware.

INGREDIENTS
• 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
• 3 firm pears, thinly sliced
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
• 3 tbsp wild honey
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch sea salt
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
• Fresh thyme (optional garnish)

PREPARATION
• Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a tray with parchment paper.
• Roll pastry and score a 1-inch border without cutting through.
• Arrange pear slices evenly inside border.
• Brush pears with melted butter.
• Mix honey, sugar, rosemary, cinnamon and salt. Drizzle over pears.
• Brush pastry border with egg wash.
• Bake 30–35 minutes until golden and crisp.
• Cool slightly, garnish with thyme and extra honey before serving.
